From 27–31 July 2026, Beicip-Franlab will be participating in the 9th EAGE Conference on Conjugate Margins in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, one of the leading international forums dedicated to Atlantic margin geology, exploration and geodynamics.
We are proud to be represented with five technical presentations, highlighting the depth of our expertise across sequence stratigraphy, seismic geomorphology, basin analysis, geodynamics, depositional systems and frontier exploration workflows.
These contributions showcase how integrated geological thinking, from plate-scale geodynamics to reservoir-scale characterization, can unlock new insights across Atlantic conjugate margins and support more robust exploration and development decisions.

“We’re excited to be attending the 9th EAGE Conference on Conjugate Margins in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, later this month.
Between us, Thibaud Pichot and I will deliver five technical presentations, covering structural and sedimentary perspectives on Atlantic conjugate margins.
These talks are not standalone studies. They represent the culmination of more than 15 years of work, integrating regional geology, seismic interpretation, stratigraphic analysis, paleogeographic reconstruction and exploration studies across multiple Atlantic margin segments.
From rifting and uplift processes to sediment routing systems and post-rift evolution, our objective is to share how long-term regional geological analysis can improve our understanding of basin evolution and exploration prospectivity.
We look forward to discussing these topics with colleagues and friends from the geoscience community.”
